  I previously ordered the wrong color of these cabinet pulls and initiated a return. I was provided with a mailing label within the day, and received full credit for the return within three days. I also spoke with a company representative and received spectacular customer service! I ordered the correct color of pulls and am very pleased with their color, weight and size.
