Misleading description. ..
This tape is just basic vinyl (pvc) electrical tape and IS NOT Rubber self-fusing/sealing tape used in high-voltage applications.

impossible to tune
The single needle valve adjustment makes this carb impossible to tune. Tends to flood during start.
