Grateful being able to replace my defect...
Grateful being able to replace my defective unit. Good appearance condition. Only issue is battery health @ 92%. I’ll deal with it. Unit works well.

TXT Well with Poor Audio
Replacing my worn LG Cosmos II this phone is a disappointment. The keyboard and texting work well enough but the sound level and microphone are poor. I usually carry the phone in my pocket and cannot hear incoming calls because the speakers are enclosed inside, exposed only when you open the flip. The microphone is located in the left edge and the calling/ receiving party cannot hear me unless I move the end of the phone to my mouth. To have a conversation one has to move the phone between flip open to an ear to hear and left end to the mouth to speak and be heard. To get battery life ring tones, reminders and such are very short. My old LG Cosmos really hollered with its ring tone and people could always hear me - a much better designed phone. I purchased a Blue Tooth LG HBS-750 to overcome these problems. It works OK but is cumbersome unless you leave the earplugs in. I finally bit the bullet and am moving to an Apple iPhone.

Both drives I received do not work. They do not retain data reliably. They were a waste of money.
