Essential Arthritis Cookbook
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich I was disappointed with this book.I thought it would be more nutritional based. I was hoping the recipes would be ones such as "broccoli in this recepie helps reduce joint swelling" or "almonds in this recepie interact with ----to boost anti-aging" etc. Instead it has just very simple recepies of things that everyone knows how to make; ie herbed ckicken, coleslaw, chili, glazed carrots. Even the recepie for Pot Roast has the only seasoning as salt & pepper-very boring. Not BAD repecipes but mundane. Probably will give the book to charity.
