It’s made of wood
It’s made of wood and looks well made although because it’s a Christmas present I obviously haven’t opened it.

One of the best.
Simple to use, well made, does what is says on the tin, what’s not to like.

Things stick badly even after heavy greasing.
Very lightweight I doubt very much that it’s stainless steel, even after heavy greasing they still stick, I think the heat penetrates the metal too quickly.
