Teapot cracked itself after a few uses.
The teapot simply cracked itself after a few uses. Contacted the seller, and the reply was that it has already passed 14 days of the delivery, so no, they can not accept return or refund.
I used a different glass teapot before, hence I bought this one. Unless the other one I bought a few years ago and still using it, the glass made of this teapot seems very thin, hence, it cracked itself around the handle area. Also the teapot is not a good design, when you pouring tea, it split everywhere. Don't buy it...
