Toshiba 40SL733G 101,6 cm (40 Zoll) LED-backlit LCD

Fantastic picture. This is why you have a new LCD television, bright, brilliant colours, sharp edges, enough light to watch in the bright sun, dimmed at night. All types of connectivity you can think of, including USB and LAN. You can stream almost everything to the screen if you know DNLA server programs. They are a little hard to handle if you are no IT specialist. But this has nothing to do with the TV. Speakers are weak and produce noise if you turn the music loud or sound is distorted at certain freqencies. This is the only downside, but with such a visual dream machine you want home cinema sound anyways. HD and picture stabilization/100 Hz work just fine, and the result is that you think you desperately need more HD channels or other HD sources such as BlueRay. If you consider the price I paid (533 EUR including taxes and transport)this is a true deal which is hard to beat. The menu is easy to understand, the remote control very functional though you need two hands to handle it rapidly. Channel alignment is a little hard to achieve, but you do not change it every day. I would buy it again.
