Excellent silicone, superior delivery system
My motor less treadmill required silicone to function... the spray supplied with it is both wasteful (lift the belt up to spray, spray the wall) and difficult to apply to the specific walking area of the track and belt. And, all the sprays I tried filled the room with the heavy fragrance of silicone... I don't want to breathe it.
This system allows delivery to the precise area, the only drawback is making some estimate of how much, since, applying under the belt... you cannot see how much is applied. No fault of this smart system... only a clear belt would solve that one...
Estimate in application is working fine....
this will be my product of choice and impressed by the improved function of this low cost (but less intrusive) treadmill with the correct application of silicone.

Good Quality Good Price
I've been purchasing these for years, the quality is still good unlike many similar products that have fallen in quality over the years... i wear them around the house and they last a long time, when the soles wear out they make great cleaning wipes...
I get more than their cost in value ;-)

Fascinating insights
there is always a matter of the issues not addressed in authors praising older cultures, they tend to glorify and mistake a lack of physical historic evidence for a positive statement. It is easy to apply the magic of simplicity to cultures and create a perfect land free of disease and mental illness, facts that just don't exist. Many American students of history are shocked learning about the wars, violence, slavery, early ritual torture and mutilation common in prehistory (Cahokia, Crow Creek Massacre, the Aztecs), and I am not so young I would imagine the perfect life, in harmony with the land, growing Taro....
and, growing Taro... so, beyond the temptation to think simple is always better
It is a wonderful book, marvelous pictures, great interviews
This isn't a light weight New Age '"five ways to be a Hawai'ian elder... "
Marvelous today to read it with some viewing of online videos of dance, music, locations
there is information available on some of those mentioned
It is a wonderful work and certainly worth reading
These are the stories that inspire you to think and reflect
Sometimes you wonder at the statements, sometimes, they inspire serious consideration
