Excellent for mind and body. It's not as easy as it looks! Try it!
Looks very simple, but it's not. Excellent game for your mind and body. Use it every day to chart your progress with the goal of making your brain younger and younger every day. You start with a baseline reading and try to improve upon that every day that you log in to do a brain/body test. Need good hand/eye coordination.

Awesome, we can't get enough of this game. But it's more than a game, it's my daughter's workout video. Each dance can be improved upon by selecting easy, medium or hard which changes the dance moves to more complex movements. This baby is our favorite. The songs are very current, but can't wait until they released an updated version. Did I saw awesome?
