  This item was delivered to the wrong address twice by couriers who operate in the area and have demonstrated consistent incompetence in regard to their trade. The seller has communicated promptly, has assisted with tracking and has provided a refund even before Australia Post have concluded their lost parcel investigation. I have purchased many items from seller and all have arrived securely packaged and in better than described condition. I will happily buy from this seller again. Recommended

Great communication. I would have no trouble dealing with again. Australia Post provided tracking but no thanks to them was unable to track the parcel. This was no fault of the seller. When queried he provided a rapid reply.
