1 von 1 finden das hilfreich These are a life changer! If your hormones are out of whack, definitely consider taking these. I felt an overall change the second day of taking them, such as mood swings, positive outlook on personal situations. I feel like I finally have control over feeling depressed, emotions, anxiety ect. My husband noticed the difference after the first day & about 3 days later he started taking them also. We take 1 twice a day everyday. I've been taking them for about a week & will continue.
