Cold !
It will Freeze you out! I use it in my exercise room. It was a tool shed but not any more. Hope it warms as well . EASY to use!

Don't know.
I have not installed it yet. It didn't come with an adjustment Allen wrench. Also, doesn't have saddle height adjustment screws.

Really good deal on sleep meds that work!
I like them. I use 3 at bedtime for 30 days then switch to another sleep aid. Then again with the sound sleep 😴 They really help me sleep.
