Fan missing screws to put it together and fan speed switch broken.
The fan arrived on time and the box was in good shape. Soon putting it together it was missing the 10 fan motor screws and 3 of the blade screws. I went to the hardware store and bought the missing screws. I finished putting it together to find the fan speed switch is broken, you can not pull it at all, it’s stuck on high. Looking at the paper work with it, I though I was buying a new fan. The paper work said it was a refurbished fan. Guess who fixed them had no idea how to fix them. Just repackage it and send it on to another person. I just happen to know how to fix small and large appliances. I have put together and installed a good 200 ceiling fans, sometimes even having to fix them.
