Great pan.
It's a size and shape of enameled cast iron I have been looking for. Good looking, but also a great pan. Made risotto the first thing, and was perfect. Good for sauces.

A great find!
A discontinued, but one of the very best soaps from Caswell-Massey. As a poor substituted, I settled on buying Newport set from CM on line. A token, but they could have my business back always if they bring back lime. It leaves a clean and warm scent. Never intrusive, warm and inviting. You know how your house smells like the soap you use? You could do worse. I spent 80.00 on the website, and much more for this and worth it.

Great gift for Canadian friend
Friend in his 90s born in Montreal has never lost his affection for this hard-to-find treat. Always makes him happy to get a new shipment, and I love them too, wish they were available here.
