  The seller only sent me half of what I ordered and tried to send cheap, knockoff replacements for the other half. When I inquired, the seller gave me grief saying, "what's the difference?" and "its all the same". Not once did the seller take any responsibility for their error/attempted cover-up. Nor did they apologize for the inconvenience and increased cost it caused me. I did end up getting a refund for at least the cheaper knockoff part thanks to eBay stepping in.

  Buyer damaged the returned items - the packages were opened and there were missing sleeves. If the items were not what he wanted what was the reason for opening multiple packages of the 'wrong item' and then keeping some?
