I ordered a special watch during the Canadian postal strike and every single day he kept me informed about the status of shipping, offered multiple ways to get it to me faster and supplied prices on each, was concerned about my satisfaction the entire way through! The strike ended and he shipped the watch the day of - I can't imagine how long the lines were to do this! It arrived in PERFECTLY packaged condition & as described. THANK YOU!

  My second watch purchase from Paul and I am more than satisfied with both of my purchases. Excellent communication and service, wonderful product, fast shipping even to the states despite some customs hold ups given the recent developments.
