Great Bang for the Buck
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I'm sorry I missed this when it was in the stores, but then again, I didn't have a 7-year old son back then. This is an incredible toy package with everything a boy needs for an afternoon of adventure defeating Cobra. Individually, all of the items would be far more expensive and difficult to track down. We just opened this as a birthday present and it took me back to when I was a kid playing with the same toys. It's a great value and my son is enjoying it thoroughly. In fact, he's playing with it right now!

Long Lost Gem
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I had the Rambo figures as a kid. I had no idea that they produced so many accessories. I could care less about the figures now. But these weapons sets are amazing, and highly detailed for being simple, injection molded toys. Once refined and painted, they will make an incredible addition to my 1/12 scale model and figure sets.

Great Toy!
Sometimes G.I. Joe really knocks it out of the park in terms of balancing a child's play toy and providing realistic and detailed gear. I am an infantryman, and I bought this figure for my son's collection of Joes. The Carl Gustav Recoilless Rifle is a very unique inclusion and it shows that Hasbro did its research as this weapon is largely synonymous with the Rangers in the U.S. Army. The Carl Gustav included here is very well detailed, but still valuable as a toy. It's a kick to show my son how the rounds are loaded and to use the ramrod to "eject" the casings. The M-9 bayonet mounts to the M-16A2 solidly. I only wish that the soldier had a set of BDU's under his winter camo parka and trouser shells to make him more useful for other environments.
