Black Coating Comes Off
I bought this rack primarily for roasting meat, and the "heavy duty" description seemed to fit that purpose well. Having used it several times to cook bacon in the oven, I can't honestly say I recommend it for this purpose. The main reason I don't like it so much is the black coating comes off onto your food if you don't spray or oil it enough to prevent sticking. This is not a good thing for a rack that is supposed to be oven safe to do. On the positive side, it hasn't warped or melted - so there's that. Overall, however, I will purchase another rack that is stainless steel or colored all the way through so it doesn't flake onto my food.

Heavy (but not TOO heavy) pan that performs well
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I took me FOREVER to finally use this skillet after buying it, but once I did I was very pleased! I used it to make a pasta dish with sausage and veggies and the size was just great. The cover is also a wonderful feature to have because it makes the skillet more versatile; you can make so many different kinds of meals in it, I just love it! If you care for it the way one is supposed to care for stainless steel cookware, this should last you a long time. Definitely recommend!

It Works Really Well!!
Best vegetable peeler I have ever used! I am so happy to have found it. I was skeptical at first because I have never used a ceramic tool before, but it is definitely worth it. I am seriously considering buying a ceramic knife or two now. :)
