Hello all! I have more than 25 years of experience as an Engineer and Product Manager for large corporations. After being downsized, despite an outstanding performance review, I’ve started my own small business refurbishing computers.
I enjoy bringing new life to older products that still have plenty of years to perform! Dell, HP, Intel, Etc make quality products to stand the test of time. IT departments tend to replace units after the warranty expires, which allows others to benefit!

I got confused and ordered the wrong item (from this seller) within 2 minutes of this mistake I had put in for an order cancelation. Seemingly INSTANTLY after I did this the seller created a shipping label, marked the package as shipped, and rejected my cancellation on the grounds that the package had already shipped.
