Perfect replacement!
A perfect replacement for my damaged OEM taillight. Great company to purchase from, too! Many thanks!

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is an older flash, and I first found it mentioned on Ken Rockwell's website; he recommended it for a good carry-around flash due to its good light output, fast recycle time, and compact size. All, it turned out, is true. A very good flash, even if not current.
The main drawback, as far as I'm concerned, is that the flash head is fixed--it doesn't rotate or pivot up-and-down. That aside, it has the pluses mentioned above, and I use it all the time, when I don't need my higher-output and heavier flash that does articulate. This is my go-to flash for most needs, most of the time.
(I use generic Harbor Freight rechargeable AA batteries in all of my flashes, which work great, but they tend to slowly self-discharge over time, sitting in the drawer, faster than standard batteries, so I always make sure to charge up my rechargeables before I know I'll need them.)

PowerMac Quad G5
Oh yeah, I always wanted one of these, but couldn't afford one (until now, used, and several years old).
When new, this machine was a digital monster, eating up anything you could throw at it. And now, many years later when it should be obsolete, it is still a powerhouse and quite useful if you're running older software (which I am, and will, for quite some time).
Easily expandable, super easy to open and maintain. The cooling fans are variable-speed, and vary from quiet to somewhat intrusive (under full load--all four processors kicking digital ass at the same time), but this generates heat when working hard, and the fans are needed to remove that heat. In fact, this is one of the first (if not the first) home computer to use a liquid cooling system. Impressive, but watch out for leaks, which will ruin the processor core.
If found at a good price, this is still a fantastic computer worth using even today (2016)!
