It had sticker residue on it and other dirt and junk and the seller claimed it was anti-rust lubrication but I’ve had plenty of micrometers over the years and this one is by far the worst I’ve ever used. Worst part is, you can’t use the ratcheting knob to tighten. So it literally is a useless and very important feature. Seller told me I was wrong and it was brand new and refused to send me a new one. Lesson learned.

good quality
I use it on my RV, since I am not use it every I could not say how long it will last but I have used it several times and it runs very good. it is convenient to has a switch on it.
