  Bad experience with this seller. Strongly suspect they felt the sale price wasn't high enough &so they never intended to send the coat. Having paid they cancelled the order without even contacting me claiming my address was wrong which is nonsense as there has never been a problem before in 5yrs+. When I queried this I had to chase replies constantly. They then claimed there was no yodel drop off near them; then later that Royal Mail refused to take the parcel. Have reported to eBay.

  Goods never arrived. Evri tracking states item still with sender. Several requests to seller requesting they contact Evri to investigate as per Evri advice but she hasnt, cant understand why not. She states someone in my household has the package but cannot provide proof the package has been delivered. Evri tracking states otherwise as do Evri. I do not have it. I have not once suggested she hasnt sent it but she still sent very rude responses. Reported to Ebay.
