One to avoid
Clearly not 450W as stated on the box. 45w would be more accurate. The DVD player feels a little fragile, but does perform well and looks quite nice. Unfortunately the sound system lets it down. It seems almost as though it was an after thought. The system shows its limitations when you connect a media source to play and you find it has gone from a 5.1 system to a 2.1
Comparing with other options available this system does not give value for money.

Excellent wireless mic
I bought this a couple of years ago and it has been well used for Karaoke 3 times a week. The sound quality from these mics are very very good. Crystal clear sound reproduction for vocals, without sounding cheap.
I use lithium AA batteries in this and get about 1 month of use. However the only flaw I've noticed is that the battery level display is not very good. It shows 3 bars (full) until about 10 minutes before it dies when it shows 2 bars. So there is little or no warning as to when the batteries are going to fail.
It has a metal body and feels good and solid and the range is good enough for any venue. It has good rejection to feedback.
Overall, I'd recommend as a good wireless mic

Simple, small, effective (when sharp)
This should be a good item. It's uncomplicated, easy to manufacture and quite basic. However as good as it should be it is pretty useless if the edge is not sharp. I'm glad these came in a pack of 2 because I bent the first one trying to open a can of tuna. I sharpened the second one and it works perfectly.
