And it costs way too much for comfort! Try Lodge black iron skillets, dutch ovens, etc. You can use them without worry--they don't scratch, scorch, or discolor, and you can use your metal utensils without worry. They are non stick-- much less stick than the expensive stuff. You'll have your black iron for a lifetime and you'll use it all the time!!
