"Refurbished" means "Good As New"!
I've used the Sony Reader and the Kindle -- and neither impressed me as favorably as the Nook: The display is crisp, page-turns are clean and snappy, and all the added features work like a charm -- including the ability to search the internet!
I congratulate myself every day for having the sense to save money by purchasing a refurbished Nook from B&N here on ebay!

If you have a Venue 11 Pro, you NEED this!
I enjoyed working with my tablet for a year but had no idea how much better and easier using it could be until I added this keyboard/cover! I now turn to my tablet much more frequently to complete tasks that used to take me to my desktop. The keyboard/cover is high-quality goods, beautifully made and amazingly thin and light - yet with enough key travel to make touch-typing possible. And mouse clicks on the touchpad are real out-loud CLICKS!
