These are good batteries. This specific one was defective. I filled it with electrolyte, correctly. It became extremely hot to the point I was concerned about fire or worse. I dumped out the electrolyte and it slowly cooled down. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with a Yuasa battery and I hope the last. I recycled the battery because it cannot be shipped back to you with any residual acid. Perhaps you will consider giving me a credit. I will order more batteries from you shortly. Thanks! This item is way below your quality standards. I have ordered a number of items from you over the years and this is the first that is just average . The chrome is thin and yellow and had minor rust which I polished out. The fit was not very good and the bends are very noticeable. You need to have your supplier take a look at the original piece and copy it better.
