A must have for the serious role-player
Rolemaster second edition was one of the finest role-playing systems ever created. This volume was the primary magic reference. I am running a campaign and although the players have access to PDFs most players want to hold this out of print book in their hands. Fortunately E-bay makes it possible to find and buy these rulebooks. Spell Law has the basic rules for magic as well as dozens of spell lists and hundreds of spells. Once you are exposed to this mechanics system you will fall in love with it and all others will pale by comparison. The only down side to buying this book is that you are going to want to play, and to get the rest of the rules.

A entertaining way to blow off steam
Many people have some negative feelings about Trump. This game is a humorous way to dispel some of that with a little harsh humor of the kind found in Cards Against Humanity. I hope to one day get my hands on the expansions as well, but the game appears to be out of print so if you want a copy you better move quickly. It is true that some of the questions and answer cards do not go well together (as is the case with similar card games). It also appears to lack a rules set or instructions so you will probably need to be familiar with the rules from similar card games before buying. Still if you take only one thing from this review take this: It is hours of irreverent fun, very re-playable, and quite entertaining.

An October Tradition.
This is a wonderful story with exactly 31 chapters one for each day on October. We read it every year one chapter per day in Halloween month. This version is my favorite. This version has larger print which is good for my failing vision. The story is brilliant and worthy or regular re-reading.
