Ethernet Card
This particular network card works exactly as one would expect. WIndows automatically installs the applicable drivers for it without any issues. After that it is a simple matter to plug in the network cable and away you go with network connections.

Using the Translator
The unit works quite well with the exception that it has to be connected to WiFi to be able to translate anything. Once connected to the WiFi it does the task very efficiently with a slight delay before the actual translation occurs.
All in all though this is a good little product.
