Great book, images are very good
Wob supplied this great book, it’s big it’s heavy, asked them to protect it.. but as usual sent in a plastic thin bag.. guess what… yeh top and bottom of spindd Ed smashed in and all 4 corners split!!!😡
Why why send if like this a great book ruined for what reason!!!! Greed!!
Very dissatisfied will never buy another book from WoB .. I have bought many over the years.. lucky on sum, returns on others..
I offered to pay extra to protect it!

After reading this it stays in your memory.. I read it 10 years ago.. from the library to go on holiday.. couldn’t put it down.. had to buy it…
Love the story of Billy, miner on a Friday.. playing for city v Newcastle United on Saturday, back down the pit Sunday.. played with a toothpick in his mouth, amazing skills, went to United, set up first players union, first to get into physio treatments, managed Northwich Vics…what a life .. but what a character…fantastic read.. every footballer should read this book, you won’t be disappointed.. get it!!!
