small, lightweight, good shape, works well
In the last 20 years, I have owned three. If battery acid ruins another one, I will buy it again.

flared end
The thing that sets these apart is the tapered or flared end. I have had other types get stuck inside my ear while sleeping. These have a much lesser chance of getting stuck.
