Amazed by the difference it made!
You have to be a bit of a techie to fit it and there are no instructions with it. If you've never dismantled a laptop before then you'd be advised to get someone who has, to do it for you. It takes less than an hour to fit; the trickiest part was removing the filter fins from old fan and refitting them correctly to the new one. However, I was lucky, it worked first time! I've had this laptop from new and I can honestly say it's never been so quiet and it stays so cool, I can actually use it as a LAPtop again!

Great phone, amazing features, magnificent value.
It's slightly larger than I prefer - by the time you've encased it in a decent protective wallet, it doesn't fit snuggly into many coat pockets. However, the extra screen size, esp the 'edge' makes it a dream for surfing the web when you're on the move. It's when you compare this phone and it's features to an iphone that you appreciate the HUGE difference in price.

Good quality and excellent value product with one or two quirks.
Nice, responsive feel & 'bounce' to the keys complement the full-sized keyboard, however, it does not have any adjustable legs at the rear and so lies completely flat, which is a nuisance. Mouse is comfortable and sensitive, although it does slip into power saver mode rather quickly & I've not discovered a way to alter this yet.
