It works, following their instructions!
They offer great instructions on the internet, have a u-tube video. Its easy if you have the right tools. I had 3 handsets to fix..started one and faced a screw that was difficult - ruined it with bad tools. Bought better screwdrivers and tried again - so much easier! Just followed their instructions and was a simple fix!

this is the ONE
My son had researched smart phones and this is the ONE and he described the phone as magnificent! Particularly looked for an unlocked phone so could use it with carrier of choice for best data plan price-you can use a lot of data with this!
