1 von 1 finden das hilfreich If you like things sweet, it seems like every every sweetening product on the market is carcinogenic! Even sugar, itself, is horrible for you but the WORST is probably Aspertame with acesulfame potassium being a close runner up for Scary Stuff. So what can you do? USE STEVIA. I'm not talking about the part-Stevia, part something else (Truvia, etc.) type stuff you find in the grocery store (with aftertaste)... I'm talking about this: White Stevia Powder by NuNaturals. I've used this for probably a decade now and have always wondered why companies aren't using Stevia to sweeten their products instead of all the cancer-causing stuff? I just don't get it. The other big thing is that any sweetener other than Stevia makes your insulin spike (in other words, if you're dieting or doing intermittent fasting and think it's OK to have diet drinks between meals, guess again. You might as well have a sandwich between meals! Stevia sweetened drinks are the only ones that won't spike insulin. Love this stuff! (c:

Good, natural color...
This is a self tanner that you have to acquire a little skill to use without streaking but once you learn to rub it in thoroughly and carefully it looks like "health in a bottle", LOL. Stay away from knuckles, cuticles, elbows (wipe them all with a damp cloth to avoid staining) and know that there is a little sparkle in this product which you may or may not like (very subtle). I've tried others but have stuck with this every winter for probably a decade.
