Good but expensive product - but on-balance worth it.

We needed to use the Helpline because the thermometer kept giving us 'ERR' when testing one of our employees - it turns-out that the thermometer operates between 94F and 108F - our employee's temperature was marginally below 94F. The Helpline rep was very good.
