A device with a "not enough" detail for an instruction
A condition of a device makes me wonder that it is actually "100% new" or not. The scratches has been found all over the heads device and a black and a white substances on the device. I would not say that the device is not good but it would be unbelievably dishonest if I recommend it to anyone. A manual of the device does not give the proper details at all so you might want to utilise your instinct to learn how to connect and use the device.
