Functionality

The adapter doesn't work on all devices to convert the lightning port to the older style apple connector. It does work on some, but not all devices I have. For the price it was worth the gamble.

Expectations

The unit doesn't have a strong receiver. If you are in rural areas, away from the TV transmitter towers, it will not operate as well. If you are in an area that rabbit ears antenna works well then this should do the trick. Not as strong of a receiver, as the actual TV itself.

Radar Detector

Easy to use, but voice is a little hard to understand. Warns as it should and doesn't seem to false in business districts like some units do.
