Found it, at last!
I have this on vinyl from the early 70's & I'd taped it but always wanted it on CD... finally I've got it & I'm transported back 40 years when I listen to it! Exceptional value & delivery time...highly recommended for Tomita fans...R.I.P. Tomita... the Master, great loss to the world of electronic music.

However I found it very informative, especially when I'd just been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes & information from my GP practice was thin on the ground. I would recommend it to anyone in a similar position to get some basic facts about diet "do's" & "don'ts" but it is not a cookery book!

Personal pet keepsake
