The fastrack is still in the box. Will be using it next month when I put up my train board for Christmas. It's Lionel so it has to be good!!!

"Just what if?"
Read this to my 7th grade 'Military Brats' while teaching for DODDS on a USAFE base in West Germany in 1974. They were spellbound as how easily we could find ourselves in a nuclear war and how ill prepared the ordinary American citizen, at home or abroad, was to survive such a life shattering event. Having a military background or experience will give this book a deeper meaning and understanding as there were evacuation plans for the American military an civilian populations if such an event would occur. Lots of discussions with the kids on how and if such survival plans would work. There was a lot of thinking going on with the kids. Most of the 'plans' wouldn't/couldn't work but "Just what if?!"
