Not Ready For Prime Time
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich There are a number of Sellers selling this product. I doubt any of them know what they are selling.
I bought 3 of them; the first one came with the DC Power Cord wired BACKWARDS. It put -5 vdc
instead of +5 vdc on the Tester.
The second one was fine, the third one came with the wrong hardware needed to assemble it.
The circuit does work, although no one seems to know the frequency range of the Crystals it
will test.
For $6 how can you go wrong, it's just a pain to slog through the Quality issues.

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich It's OK if you know how to use it, just don't expect any help from the Seller. They have no idea how this thing works.
I found a website for the original designer (in Europe) that gives a lot of info on it. I wonder if they pay Royalties to the Designer !!

It's OK, but ....
It's a tad short on power. Don't expect it to work well on solder joints that have a few leads.
For small stuff, say one 2N3904 lead, but not much more. Also, all the instructions are on Chinese.
