Pleasantly Surprised
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Surprised, because it's marketed for gamers and that usually mean inferior quality (a gimmick) but the sound is really good for general purpose computer use. For gamers like myself they're unbelievable, especially when a Mini-Nuke blows up a Corvega in FALLOUT 4. The sub-woofer kicks in and it's like "BOOOOM" "WOW!!".
Sorry, I digress.
The volume control is unique to me with it not located on one of the sat-speakers. I like the different EQ and Program selections but I just keep it on DYNAMIC POP and leave it be. It sounds better to my ears.
I didn't give it six stars because a 5.1 model doesn't exist in Corsair's lineup and the satellite speaker cables should have been 10' instead of 6', my desired speaker placement setup requires longer cables, but that's just me. Corsair should've designed digital input connections to add more options but it wasn't a deal-breaker because I'm not a wealthy audiophile.
Over-all, the speakers are worth every penny I paid, though FREE would have been better. LOL
