Mediocre
My recommendation and agreement on quality are lukewarm. eBay requires a binary response (Yes or No) to all questions, not allowing anything intermediate.
There's a burr on one of the prongs of the plug; I expect I can fix that.
The basic design from Apple is much less impressive than the corresponding default part for a U.S electrical plug. I think some degree of folding could and should have been implemented. If not, the plug should have been reoriented onto the end opposite the contacts, so that the device became a simpler shape less likely to snag on other equipment.
Given the very low price, I concede that it's a good value, assuming it works when I use it in Europe.

It fits and works
The battery fits in the phone and works. It's early to tell how well it compares to the original battery. It's labelled as 3550 mAh against the original's 1650 mAh, which is nice if true.
