Does what it should
Nothing Fancy; complete with bolts, instructions acid pack. Directions for opening acid referred to different style container but filling battery correctly not rocket science. good value

Top-shelf product for a person who wants a basic cell phone
Ive had several of these and only regret that they're getting harder to find at a reasonable price. It's a very rugged unit that's easy to answer without using both hands or looking at the phone to distinguish top from bottom, front to back. Doesn't seem to drop calls but after about a year of use I usually have a problem with the ringer speaker or the receiver speaker. Based on my experience, Sony phones are far superior to anything I've ever had from Nokia or Motorola. I have had very little experience with other manufacturers and don't do smart phones, messaging, or texting.
