The merchandise was well packed and in excellent shape. My initial concern which still prevails is that the shipping charges were listed at $35 which I agreed to because I wanted the merchandise. But it did not cost $35 to ship the merchandise! The shipping charges were more like $15. An extra $20 was tagged on for handling. My Auction clearly lists all costs and explains why shipping is escalated. Please when buying consider all costs associated with the auction. I don't come back to people when I've under quoted and ask for more. I did not misrepresent the auction or quote a price and then raised it. Bear in mind that e bay takes 15% of the total cost of the auction including shipping fees. WIth the $15.00 it cost to B/S and $22.00 to rub the auction i just got $100.

I do not use E bay shipping. I have a different vendor for shipping. Buyer did not contact to me but left neg feedback first. Once I saw it I sent him the tracking and magically the part showed up. Always communicate with your party before leaving feedback. Truth be told, I lost $25.00 on shipping as he was on the east coast. Item still went out on time with no hold up on my end. I try hard to keep my FB clean. Be reasonable people.

Battery is a little worn where it clips in, works well after a slight adjustment.

The BEST wiper arm puller (Bar none)
Once this tool is gone from your tool box you will yearn for its return.
This tool makes the hardest wiper arms no chore to remove.
Land Rovers and BMW’s that have that stupid aluminum spacers are a breeze.
If you were going to have only one puller this would be the one as it spreads open and self adjust to get around and behind the Cowl and other intrusions.
My original one was an actual BMW part and was built to a higher standard, but this is a real close second.

Ad was a little vague about who made the part. Turned out to be a DEPO part and not OE, had I drilled in to the pictures I would have seen that.
The price was right and the item looks great and fits as well as an OE part. Time will tell how well the part ages. ,
