  Honestly I’d happily recommend this seller to anyone I know. Item appearance is actually immaculate, the small crack actually turned to not be a crack at all, just a bit of plastic that was creased but was easily fixed. Seller was very communicative and fun to talk to! I even received little cards with words of encouragement in the packaging! Lol. Despite the D-pad issue. Its really a very good value purchase and very good quality item. Seller is a real bro💯 Issue seems to be a loose flex cable
