Great value that saved me tonnes of money!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I had a great experience buying the Q9650 Quad Core 3GHz processor.
I was refurbishing my wife's old LGA775 PC as an entry level gaming PC for my son. Installed: 8GB of Ram, Radeon RX 560 4GB GPU and solid state drive. The Core 2 Duo 3GHz just didn't cut it and as opposed to buying a new Q9650, I opted for the used stock from China.
When i received it, i had to update the BIOS of the Foxconn G41 to 'see' the new CPU but after that it works like a dream. I didn't even have to buy and new CPU cooler. It idles at 40 degrees C and peaks at 70 C.
Extended the life of an old PC for at least a couple of years!
