Item arrived with deep scratches and faults that were not in the description or photos. The seller seemed to think it was OK and that the price I paid matched the condition, despite me bidding without the information. They agreed to refund money but it never turned up and then they stopped communicating for days so I requested a return. They provided a label which was not sufficient for the weight so the post office rejected it. They stopped communicating again so I had to ask ebay to resolve.
