  Item arrived damaged/faulty however the package wasnt damaged at all, assuming it didnt happen during posting. Contacted seller directly, no answer. Requested refund no answer. My daugther is upset, cannot hang up her kite for her kite garden party and i cannot get a refund. Dont recommend the item or the seller. Very disappointed.

  My experience with this seller was very stressful. The item I wanted was not in stock. They offered me an alternative but I wanted the listed design. I contacted them on many occasions and eventually received what I wanted but very much later than advertised for delivery time and too late for the birthday present. Hugely disappointing.
