  The chair is as shown in the listing. As I was unable to collect the item it was delivered personally, for an agreed fee. There was no packaging to dispose of, which was good for the environment. On delivery I was allowed to inspect the chair and was shown how the lift and tilt mechanisms worked. I consider the chair to be excellent value for money and am very pleased with the service provided.

  Absolutely no issues with this seller and my couch was delivered to Scotland. Postage was reasonable and it arrived in time with plenty of communication from the seller. Couch is perfect and so comfortable. It was also well packaged.
