  Item came in with parts fallen out (one linkage was on the bottom of the box), but I think I can make it work anyway. Also had some rust on top of cover and wish the seller would have refurbished it correctly for the price I paid. Box came via USPS and was damaged. Could have done a better job protecting it with bubble wrap instead of using newspapers. Overall decent experience with seller.
