Amazing coming of age story for everyone
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich One of the greatest coming of age stories of all time. Easily one of my favorite movies of all time, if not my favorite. The characters are very well-written, relatable, and realistic, the art and animation are great, the soundtrack is phenomenal, the plot is incredibly well-paced and presented, and the writing sounds very natural, yet not boring at all. Definitely worth a watch for anyone and everyone.
Get this release (the 2003 DVD) because this is the best dub version IMO. The latest Disney re-releases removed some of Phil Hartman's hilarious improv for Jiji (the black cat) and the opening song is the original super slow Japanese one instead of the catchy, upbeat English one sung by Kirsten Dunst.
